What happens to a store nobody maintains
-
01
Updates on hold
Nobody presses Update because last time the checkout broke. Months later the store is behind on security fixes.
-
02
Layouts break after updates
A WooCommerce or plugin update changes a template, and the product page layout falls apart.
-
03
Slow creep
New plugins, tracking scripts and large images slowly push load times up until mobile sales drop.
-
04
No one to call
The freelancer who built the store is busy, and small fixes wait for weeks.
-
05
Untested backups
Backups exist, but nobody knows if they restore until the day you need one.
-
06
Silent errors
Failed emails, stuck scheduled actions and PHP warnings pile up because nobody reads the logs.
How support starts
-
Audit
We review code, plugins, hosting and backups, and list every risk we find. 3-5 days. -
Onboarding
Access, staging site, monitoring and backups set up. About 1 week. -
First fixes
Urgent issues from the audit are fixed first, usually within the first month. -
Monthly routine
Updates, checks and your requested tasks, with a short report at the end of each month. -
Quarterly review
Every quarter we review speed, security and your plans, and suggest what to improve next.

Support FAQ
How our monthly plans work in practice.
What is included in WooCommerce support and maintenance?
Tested updates, daily backups, uptime and error monitoring, security checks and a set number of development hours each month. Higher plans add faster response and more hours.
Can you support a store another agency built?
Yes. We start with an audit of code, plugins and hosting, then fix the most urgent risks before regular support begins.
How fast do you respond to urgent issues?
It depends on the plan: within 1 business day on Care and within 1 hour for critical issues on Priority. A store that cannot take orders always goes first.
What if I need more hours in a month?
Extra work is billed at an agreed hourly rate or quoted as a fixed-price task. We always confirm with you before going over your hours.
Why test updates on staging?
Because WooCommerce and plugin updates sometimes change templates or database tables. A copy of your store catches problems before customers see them.
Do you also make improvements, not only fixes?
Yes. Development hours can go to new features, landing pages, speed work or SEO fixes, planned with your PM each month.
