How long does a project take?
A small store takes 4-6 weeks and a mid-size store 8-12 weeks. Larger projects are planned during Discovery.
What are the stages of a project?
Discovery (1-2 weeks), Design (2-4 weeks), Build (4-12 weeks), QA and launch, then Support on a monthly plan.
How will I see progress?
You get a weekly demo on a staging site. Nothing goes live until you have seen it.
Who is on my project team?
Developers, a project manager, QA and a designer. The PM is your single point of contact.
How quickly do you reply?
On Growth and Priority plans your project manager answers the same day. On Care, within 1 business day.

Which platforms do you work with?
Mainly WooCommerce and WordPress. We also have experience with OpenCart and Shopify stores.
Do you use page builders?
Not for new builds. We build pages with custom Gutenberg blocks your team can edit. Stores already built with Elementor or another builder we take over and support.

Yes. Our clients are in the EU, the UK and the US. Our team works from Ukraine and the EU (Poland, Romania, France, Spain and Portugal). We work in European hours by default and can cover US hours when your project needs it.

Who owns the code?
