About the client
The official representative of the DeWalt power tools brand in Ukraine. Before the project, they sold only through a multi-brand website.
The challenge
The official DeWalt representative in Ukraine sold through a multi-brand website only. They needed a dedicated brand store with a way to find spare parts by tool diagram and one cart across all stores in their network.
What we built
- Shared cart across stores. Customers add products from different stores of the network and check out once.
- Spare parts search by exploded view. An interactive diagram of each tool: click a part and add it to the cart.
- Supplier database sync. Stock and prices come straight from supplier databases.
- Fast 1C synchronisation. Product data syncs with the client's 1C back office in minutes, not hours.
The hard parts
One cart for many stores
Products belong to different stores of the network, but the customer checks out once.
200,000 spare parts, easy to find
An interactive exploded view of each tool: the customer clicks a part on the diagram and adds it to the cart.
